everything looks out of balance. It is important to get the content into place before worrying
about fine-tuning the layout. In this example, you enter text manually as well as paste
text in from a file.

Never use Dreamweaver’s click-and-drag sizing for columns and rows. It is
tempting to drag a cell border and place it where you want it; it works very
well in Dreamweaver. But browsers do not always—or even often—follow.
Also, table height is automatically set when you resize columns or rows, a
setting that is rarely required.
